In 1988, direct appointment in \n               district police was banned. New recruitment is done directly in Reserves and Rangerspolice. The following procedure is adopted \n               for this process.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"intro-arrow\">\n         <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Icon-feather-arrow-right-circle-1.png\" class=\"right-arrow\" alt=\"image\">\n         <p class=\"arrow-text\">In the context of district-wise quota, new available vacancies are filled through advertisement.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"intro-arrow\">\n         <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Icon-feather-arrow-right-circle-1.png\" class=\"right-arrow\" alt=\"image\">\n         <p class=\"arrow-text\">Appointment process is completed in 03 stages<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"intro-arrow\">\n         <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Icon-feather-arrow-right-circle-1.png\" class=\"right-arrow\" alt=\"image\">\n         <p class=\"arrow-text\">First stage: Document checking \u2013 measurement \u2013 race (local distt.)<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"intro-arrow\">\n         <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Icon-feather-arrow-right-circle-1.png\" class=\"right-arrow\" alt=\"image\">\n         <p class=\"arrow-text\">Second stage: written exam \u2013 papers marking through selection board <span class=\"region\"> (Region wise)<\/span><\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"intro-arrow\">\n         <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Icon-feather-arrow-right-circle-1.png\" class=\"right-arrow\" alt=\"image\">\n         <p class=\"arrow-text\">Third Round: Interview through Selection board. The selection boards prepare district wise final merit lists and submit to CPO \n               Muzaffarabad.
